Oil-Based Paints

Latex Paint
Latex paint is a more modern solution for outdoor paint. It’s easy to apply, dries quickly, is durable, and is resistant to the effects of direct sunlight. Cleanup is easy and just requires water. If you want the best of latex paint, acrylic latex is the best option. It will cover just about any material including masonry, and well-prepped metal.
Keep in mind to never put latex paint over oil-based paint. It will almost certainly peel. Save yourself the trouble!
